The Calming Diet
I have been on the program for almost two years now. I came in very skeptical, especially about the hypnosis aspect, which I didn't believe in at all. I was very wrong. The most amazing part of the program is how immediately calm I became after the very first session with Julie. Suddenly I didn't think about food much anymore, and I was never anxious about what I would be eating, how much I ate, or if it was "good for me." This feeling has been sustained over the past two years. I almost don't feel like I'm dieting at all. It feels more like my relationship with food has changed forever. I still enjoy food, but it is much more transactional now than emotional. I have plenty of choices, and I know what I can and what I can't eat. I went from a tight 38 pant size to a loose 34, and have been taken off most of my medications. I have never felt better and I am a big believer in what Julie's program teaches.
