So many amazing benefits!
I found out about Key Hypnosis from a co-worker who 'only' needed to lose about 30 pounds. She told me about all the benefits she'd experienced having done the sessions in February of 2015. I went in October 2015 at my heaviest weight ever. Julie's approach was nothing like I expected, and yet it has completely transformed how I think about food, diet, exercise and myself. One year out, and I am smaller and more fit than ever before. I feel great about myself, finally! One of the most significant 'secondary gains' which I had no idea would have the impact it has is that Julie's approach taps into the 'pleasure principle' which is essentially tamped down by her approach. What that means is that although food is still very pleasurable, the cravings and feelings associated with food and eating are no longer overwhelming. The biggest shift (again, totally unanticipated) is that ALL the many, many years of berating myself around food and equating my weight to my self-worth, and guilting myself for eating anything 'bad,' etc. etc. has been completely silenced.
