NO More Dieting - A Solution

You eat when you are hungry which was one key for me - no deprivation - just eat the right foods (protein). Not specialty foods (or fake foods) but foods at your grocer, restaurants, etc. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Julie....and I did it all in my 50s. It is never too late.
