Weight Loss Hypnosis
Julie's program is known for having high success losing a significant amount of weight. Julie helps clients understand why they lost control in the first place and teaches them, through the language of hypnosis, how to understand their body in relation to food and how to take back control.
She is known nationwide and has worked with celebrities, professional athletes, political figures and medical professionals.
Julie's program is designed for people who need to lose twenty five pounds or more. This is an animal protein based diet, no substitutions, and may not be suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Julie Ann's weight loss hypnosis program consists of three, 4-hour sessions. These are group sessions typically booked on Monday through Thursday only. These sessions will be three consecutive weeks (for example; if you choose Monday, it'll be three consecutive Mondays). The program success depends on attending all three sessions in order.
Follow up sessions (refresher sessions) are offered if needed after completing her program. These sessions are offered one week a month, typically only Monday through Thursday.
