Sweet Breakfast Blintzes
My new invention! Sweet Breakfast "Blintzes"
- 2 pieces cloud bread approx 6"x6"
- 1/2 cup mashed roasted butternut squash
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup whole fat plain yogurt
How To Prepare
1. Mix squash, yogurt & cottage cheese until well combined
2. Plop 1-2 big spoonfuls on cloud bread and roll like a burrito
*Serve with your choice of protein. So sweet and delicious!*
