- Extra Virginia olive oil,
- bag of frozen large shrimp,
- asparagus ,
- minced garlic
How To Prepare
- Put shrimp in strainer, add cold water until defrosted(take tails off)
- pour a little oil in pan put shrimp until hot take off heat,
- cut asparagus in half cook until tender.
- Add shrimp, minced garlic and stir until hot
- before serving squirt lemon all over dish !
