pureed cauliflower, corn, and hamburg
head of cauliflower (you could also use steamed mashed butternut squash, acorn squash or hubbard squash) Be creative!
can of corn
1lb of hamburg or bison burger
salt, pepper, butter
How To Prepare
break the cauliflower into rosettes and steam until tender, puree in a food processor add small amount of butter. ( same thing for the different squashes )
brown the hamburg, salt and pepper to taste
layer casserole dish with hamburg, corn, and top with cauliflower.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve warm
