Italian “spaghetti and mistake”
Delicious and savory italian flavors
- 2 Packages of Ground Lean turkey
- 1 cup sliced mushroom
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- zucchini noodles
How To Prepare
- Saute the ground lean turkey in a skillet or larger fry pan. (may use a little oil if necessary).
- Once browned add the mushroom and onion, continue to saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes,
- 1 cup of water and spices,
zucchini noodles – cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
