Home Made Quick Ratatouille
3 yellow squash (medium to small size)
slice thin 3 zucchine squash (medium to small size) sliced thin
1 onion sliced thin
1tsp of minced garlic
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1/2 stick of butter
salt & pepper to taste
How To Prepare
- in a 6 quart pan or larger melt butter on medium heat.
- add in squash and all other ingredients to pot.
- cook on high for 5 minutes stirring so it doesn't stick or burn.
- Turn down heat to low and simmer until everything is cooked all the way thru(about 1/2hour.)
