Easy Quick Pork Fillets
at Butcher shop, ask for pork loin sliced 1/4 of an inch thick 3 slices per person, some people can eat more. ( for a family of 5 i get 20 slices, we will use it for lunch the next day if any left overs)
sea salt -large granules - also kosher salt will work too
How To Prepare
- heat up grill
- lightly salt one side of the pork slices.
- cook salt side up. until pork stars to turn white.
- turn over and continue cooking until cooked thru.
- turn down grill to low and cook on both sides until golden brown on both sides.
