Delicious Crockpot Pot Roast
Melt in your mouth easy Pot Roast
- 1-2 lb Chuck Roast
- 1 cup sliced or quartered onions
- 6 cut carrots
- 3 stalks of celery sliced
- 2 parsnip cut up pieces
- 1 can corn
- Add any other desired vegetable
- 4 cups Beef stock
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare
- Put chuck Roast in crock,
- season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Add vegetables and beef stock.
- Cover and let the flavors grow!
