Breakfast Butternut Hash
Ingredients
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced small
- ½ yellow onion,finely diced
- ½ pound chorizo
- 1/2 pound sweet sausage
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 5 eggs
How To Prepare
- Place a skillet over medium heat.
- Add butternut squash and onion.
- Cook the squash on all sides for about 5-8 minutes, until soft,
- add chorizo and sweet sausage.
- Break up chorizo into small pieces and cook until completely cooked through.
- Add a bit of salt and pepper. Cook egg, and add on top.
